HHMBA is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our baseball operations during the 2026 season. This is a paid, part time, remote position with flexible hours.
Impact you'll have:
You'll be the person who keeps things running behind the scenes: processing schedule changes, responding to parent questions, updating our website, and making sure our systems stay current as games, practices, and diamonds shift throughout the season. You'll work closely with our IT Director, Logistics Director, and Umpire Director.
What you'll do:
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable picking up new web based platforms quickly (we'll train you on RAMP and our other tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures consistently
- Clear, professional written communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple incoming requests without dropping anything
- Basic comfort with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Forms, Excel) is an asset
- Knowledge of or interest in baseball is a plus but not required
Schedule and availability:
- Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week from late April through August
- Must be available during weekends, weekday evenings and able to respond within a few hours on game days
- Volume is unpredictable, with some weeks lighter and some heavier, especially during bad weather or tournament weekends
- All work is done remotely
Compensation:
- $20/hour
- Hours tracked via a weekly log
Paid training:
- 8 to 10 hours of structured training provided before the season starts, covering all platforms and procedures
