7U Development Program for 2026
Congratulations to the players of the 2026 7U Development Team!
(Below is closed for the 2026 season.)
We are excited to announce the launch of the 2026 7U Development Team! This new program is designed to prepare our younger athletes and develop a strong pipeline of talent for the 2027 8U Travel Team and beyond.
This team will consist of a select group of 12-13 players born in 2019 (turning 7 in 2026) who demonstrate both the physical ability and mental readiness to play and understand the game of baseball at a higher level.

The 7U Development Team will be selected during our Travel Team Tryouts and will compete as an 8U Tier 2 Travel Team in the 2026 season.
🏆 Program Objective
The goal of this program is to provide advanced training and development throughout the 2026 season to prepare players for potential placement on the 2027 8U Travel Team 1.
?? Note: Placement on the 7U Development Team does not guarantee a spot on the 2027 8U Travel Team. All players and coaches must participate in the standard tryout process for future teams.

🧢 Coaching Opportunities (closed for the 2026 season)
We are currently seeking 3-4 dedicated volunteer coaches for the 2026 7U Development Team.
Ideal coaching candidates should:

Be committed to player development and mentorship

Possess strong baseball knowledge

Be collaborative with HHMBA and coaching staff
Coach Selection Process:

Interviews will be conducted

The Head Coach will be named after the first tryout

The final team will be selected by the Head Coach, assistant coaches, and the HHMBA Board
