The HHMBA has adopted a NO REFUND rule for Travel teams.
For players that register with our House League programs refunds will be considered with a written request submitted to the HHMBA President and the director of the appropriate house league level. Email addresses can be found on our board page here - https://hhmba.ca/executive.
The amount of refund received will depend on when the request was made based on the chart below.
Refund request received before season starts | 75% of fees paid |
Refund request received after the start of the Season until June 1st | 50% of fees paid |
Refund request received after June 1st | No refunds |
Refund requests are typically processed within 3 to 4 weeks.
All refunds will be subject to a $25 handling fee.
Requests for refunds in exceptional cases or extenuating circumstances must be made through email to the HHMBA President.
