THE LEGACY OF DEE DEE HAYNES-RIDLEY
Dee Dee was a long standing member of the HHMBA family and tirelessly served her community for many years. She last served as Director of Umpires and the Director of Communications and Community Relations. Her passion for this community and the families that live in it showed up each and every day. She always made sure to go the extra mile to make a player feel special and was our league's ambassador with our sponsors. Dee Dee was the glue that held our executive teams together, the driving force behind countless events, tournaments and more. There was never any task she wouldn't jump in to help with, no person she wouldn't lend a hand to and no place she would rather be then a ball diamond on a Summer evening.
Her impact will never be forgotten to anybody who has been affiliated in any way with minor baseball in Halton Hills over the past 20 plus years, and this was only one area where she gave her time and energy freely.
