1. Meeting was called to order.

 

2. John Behara reviewed the Agenda and introduced the 2023 Executive Committee.

 

3. 2022 minutes approved by D’Arcy Carr and 2^nd by Rich Kuypers.

 

4. Executives presented their reports for 2023:
